Locasello is operated by Briggs Road LLC ("we," "us"). This policy describes what information we collect when you use locasello.com or receive SMS messages from us, and how we use it.

Information we collect

• Account info: your phone number and/or email address, your name or business name, and an optional description.
• Listings: the title, description, price, category, location, and photo of items you list.
• Technical info: your IP address, browser type, and approximate location derived from IP, used to show nearby listings and for rate limiting.

How we use your information

• To send you a one-time sign-in link by SMS or email when you request one.
• To display your listings on the Locasello marketplace.
• To operate and secure the service (rate limiting, abuse prevention).

SMS messages

Phone numbers collected for SMS are used only to send account sign-in links you have requested. We do not share phone numbers with third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes. See our SMS Terms for details on the SMS program.

Third parties we use

• Twilio — delivers SMS messages on our behalf.
• Amazon Web Services — hosts listing photos (S3) and delivers account emails (SES).

These providers process data on our behalf and are not permitted to use it for their own purposes.

Data retention

We keep your account and listing data while your account is active. You can request deletion at any time by emailing us. Sign-in tokens expire within 24 hours and are discarded once used.

You can request a copy or deletion of your data, or correct inaccuracies, by contacting us at the email below.
